Because all of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Each item is custom printed specifically for your order once it is placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
Because items are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Please double-check sizing charts and order details before completing your purchase.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
- We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order
- If the package cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement order
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it with the correct item.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
If the package is returned to the sender, we may be able to reship the order, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address.
Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
